[Bug 523602] [NEW] gstranslator package is severely outdated in Ubuntu Lucid

Binary package hint: gtranslator

The gTanslator package in Ubuntu (and Debian) is still at 1.1.x, while 1.9.8 has just been released.
I don't know the reason for Debian delay for this, but it may be related to the project's loose administration:
