[Bug 523445] [NEW] client keyfile without passphrase protection don't work

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager-openvpn

When using a rsa key example.key, network managers openvpn can't connect
(password field empty).

If one converts the keyfile and protects the key with a passphrase:

openssl rsa -in example.key -des3 -out example_passphrase.key

... it is accepted when passphrase is entered in the openvpn-network-
manager dialog.
