[Bug 523380] Re: Change default backend/VCS back to Git

Most Ubuntu people are familiar with bzr, not git.  Since it's used in
the Ubuntu infrastructure, I don't know if this is a good idea.  Then
people have to learn a new tool to restore their config files.
