[Bug 522932] [NEW] Request for removal from archive (source and binary)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kfocus

KFocus no longer builds since we no longer distribute aRts
(http://people.ubuntuwire.org/~lucas/ubuntu-
nbs/32/kfocus_1.0.2-17.1_llucid32.buildlog) and has not seen an upstream
release for 5 years or so.

Normally we'd be able to pass --without-arts to the configure script to
get it to build without aRts, but it seems that there is a hard
dependency on aRts as the build still fails without it. Since it's
unmaintained and we cannot provide further updates, it should be removed
from the archive.
