Binary package hint: etckeeper

1. Availability: Available for all architectures

2. Rationale: Apart of the server-lucid-puppet-etckeeper-integration
specification.

3. Security: No CVE history.

4. QA: 
    - Simple package no debconf questions asked.
    - Simple to setup
    - Well maintained in Debian
    - Does not deal with exotic hardware
    - Ubuntu bug: 
	#376388 - ~/.bazaar created owned by root (when run under sudo)
    - Debian bug:
	#519455 - etckeeper: does not catch dpkg exit status

6. Dependencies:  All are in main except darcs and mercurial

7. Standards Compliance: FHS and Debian compliant

8. Maintenance: The package is relatively easy to take care of, which
will be the responsiblity of the Ubuntu Server Team.
