Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: qgo
On trying to connect to IGS, I always would get:
Login:

...send password
5 Invalid password.
1 0
Connection closed by foreign host.
After playing with settings and what not for a while, I found out it
happens when my password contains symbol characters (e.g. "!", "#"...).
Changing the "Codec" to UTF-8 or ISO 8859-1 didn't help.
Workaround: connect using telnet or other client and change your
password to something alphanumeric. V.g:
$ telnet igs.joyjoy.net 7777
Login: MyUsername
MyPa$$word
[...]
password NewAlphaNumPassword
