[Bug 522253] [NEW] Rename libnfo1-bin in libnfo-bin

Public bug reported:

This source package provides the package "libnfo1-bin".
It contains some binaries to test libnfo1 library.

When the library libnfo1 is upgrading its major version (libnfo2 for example), the "-bin" should not be renamed in the same times (libnfo2-bin ??).
The "libnfo1-bin" package should be renamed in "libnfo-bin" because it nor relies on version 1 of the library, but on the source package itself (like libnfo-doc).
