[Bug 522258] [NEW] Rename libvalhalla1-bin in libvalhalla-bin

Public bug reported:

This source package provides the package "libvalhalla1-bin".
It contains some binaries to test libvalhalla1 library.

When the library libvalhalla1 is upgrading its major version (libvalhalla2 for example), the "-bin" should not be renamed in the same times (libvalhalla2-bin ??).
The "libvalhalla1-bin" package should be renamed in "libvalhalla-bin" because it nor relies on version 1 of the library, but on the source package itself (like libvalhalla-doc).
