Quoting the attached DpkgTerminalLog.txt:

You probably no longer have the file /tmp/fileyaGNbT on your system, but
if you can reproduce this problem and attach the resulting log file, we
could try to investigate this issue still.  (Look at the end of
/var/log/apt/term.log for a similar error message, with the name of the
temporary file to attach.  You will probably need to know how to use
sudo in order to be able to read the log file.)

Sorry for the long delay before getting back to you.  Regrettably, the
emacspeak package does not seem to have any active bug triagers for
Ubuntu at the moment.
