[Bug 521551] [NEW] Plugin does not appear in about:plugins after installation in Lucid

Public bug reported:

I just installed moonlight-plugin-mozilla 1.0.1-3ubuntu0.xul191build2 (lucid)
and restarted firefox.  The plugin is not appearing in about:plugins nor is it appearing
in menu item Tools->Add Ons.  Limited testing (two sites) shows the plugin is not
detected by websites, either.

I tried following the directions in bug #469090, but adding the link mentioned
there did not change the behavior I described above.
