Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: splashy

After do (in ubuntu karmic) "sudo apt-get splashy splashy-themes" I get
the next message:

.....
.....
Processing triggers for man-db ...
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/splashy_0.3.13-5ubuntu1_i386.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
...

And then ubuntu detects errors and broken package showing the follow
message:
