[Bug 521118] [NEW] knetworkmanager system tray listbox misplaced

I have a panel docked north on my display. On the right I have a system
tray containing the knetworkmanager icon (among others). I also have a
spacer to the left, after a few plasmoids (see attached image).

When I click on the knetworkmanager icon, the listbox appears all the
way to the left of the panel when it should appear to directly under the
icon.

Fix: edit the panel and move the spacer arbitrarily, then place it back
where you want it. After doing this, the listbox will appear normally
underneath the icon when clicked.
