[Bug 385724] Re: pbuilder-dist does not recognize lpia arch

Let'S not fix this.  lpia isn't sufficiently different from anything
else to matter, and is no longer supported for new builds with lucid.
With luck, we'll never again have a dpkg-archietcture hack like this.
