This seems to be the result of an invalid /etc/default/jackd entry :
specifically that the comment marker on the first line is missing.  This
issue cannot be resolved with a package change, and is not present in
the default configuration file.  Please add a '#' before "Set" in the
first line of /etc/default/jack to clear the error.  Subsequent updates
should remain successful.
