Availability:
  The package is already be in the Ubuntu universe, and builds for the architectures it is designed to work on.

Rationale:
   translate-toolkit is in main and depends on gaupol.
   gaupol is in universe and depends (in Recomends:) on python-chardet which is built from the chardet source package

Quality assurance:
   the package installs correctly on Lucid alpha and the examples from the project's website all work fine

UI standards: 
   It's a python library, no UI.

Dependencies:
  Depends on python and python-support which are both in main.

Standards compliance: 
  The package conforms to the FSH and Debian Policy standards. 

Maintenance:
   It's a library and it's already maintained well in Debian.
