[Bug 520280] [NEW] bitpim crashes when attempting to convert mp3 for new ringtone

Binary package hint: bitpim

First I was getting a crash because ffmpeg wasn't installed.  Now that
it's installed, I get this exception when trying to convert the mp3 to
add it as a ringtone:
