[Bug 519994] [NEW] Please unblacklist swt-gtk from the autosync

Public bug reported:

swt-gtk has been blacklisted from autosync due to some transitional
issues with eclipse.  With the upload of swt-gtk 3.5.1+versionbump-
2ubuntu1, the binaries now safely override the NBS binaries provided by
eclipse 3.5.1+repack~3-0ubuntu1 .  eclipse 3.5.1+repack~3-0ubuntu2 no
longer provides these binaries, they having been ceded to swt-gtk.

As this has now been addressed, it will be safe to sync swt-gtk in the
future, once a new upstream is available in Debian (and it will not be a
sync candidate until that time).
