[Bug 519025] Re: Character Encoding in Evolution Exchange MAPI

When I send mails from evolution-mapi to other places it either comes
out as all question marks or semi-legible with random insertions of
'3D', 'C3' and '=20' in the body. I have lots of other problems with
Evolution-mapi too but I'll look for other bug reports for those.

I've been waiting for Evolution to let me connect to Exchange and be
stable for around 4 years now. It's kind of embarrassing that it's still
this bad after all this time.
