[Bug 519434] [NEW] Oleo, GNU spreadsheet program, Missing from Karmic/Lucid

Oleo was removed from debian [1], so Ubuntu no longer includes it. The
reasons why it was dropped from debian:

>* Package is out of date.
>* Package is orphaned.
>* Package is buggy. (1 RC though I think that could be easily rectified).
>* Package has no upstream maintainer any more.
>* Very low popcon.

If it is desired, someone should adopt the package in Debian or send
it through RevU in the next week.
