[Bug 519421] [NEW] Kompozer unable to edit Web sites due to IP software change in Ubuntu

Binary package hint: kompozer

A new release of Kompozer is available upstream.  It simply needs to be
moved down and compiled for distribution.  They fixed the problem
introduced with the IP changes Ubuntu underwent.  The fix has been in
place for many months, but hasn't made any Ubuntu repository for 9.10.
