Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kompozer

I use kompozer with Ubuntu 9.10 and also 9.04 (Amd64 and 32bit). My html
files are in a different partition called Data, different to where
Ubuntu is installed in a second partition, so my data may be accessed
from Ubuntu and from Windows, which is installed in a third partition.

So there are three partitions:

UBUNTU Partition
Windows Partition
Data Partition (contains html files being edited by Kompozer)

BUG: When editing html pages in the Data partition, Kompozer crashes and dissapears from the screen.

It is necessary to save work after every operation in order to avoid
loosing data.

So I end using the Windows version of Kompozer instead of the Ubuntu
version, because the windows version of Kompozer does not present this
bug.

Sincerely, I would prefer to use a stable Ubuntu version of Kompozer!!!!

I have experienced this bug for more than two years, with different
versions of Ubuntu, if my memory is good, with 8.04, 8.10, 9.04 (Amd64
and also the 32 bit version) and 9.10 (Amd64 and also the 32 bit
version).

I hope it helps,

Eduardo Fracassi
