Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

Installer crashes on package download. Tested on multiple computers,
virtual and real. GENERALLY, it takes 5-9 tries to get it working, then
once it is working will work fine on all systems for the rest of the
day. Sometimes that's not the case.
