It seems the .deb package for pandoc was compiled against
netwrok-2.2.1.3, but the version of libghc6-network-dev was bumped to
2.2.1.4.

A simple recompile should fix it.

Using the cabal-install tool, I successfully compiled pandoc using 1.4
with the current libghc6-network-dev library in place. Upgrading pandoc
would also be quite nice (see #309528) and would get rid of this bug in
the process.
