Thanks for your report.

This is odd that sourceforge redirects you to http://sourceforge.net/t7.php which is definitely not the right place to download the files. 
Are you able to download andale32.exe when you enter the url http://downloads.sourceforge.net/corefonts/andale32.exe in the address bar of your browser ? 
If that works could you please open terminal and run 
$ wget http://downloads.sourceforge.net/corefonts/andale32.exe
And see if you can download the font file.
