Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: msttcorefonts

I'm sorry for my poor information, but I'm relatively new to Ubuntu and
I'd rather report a bug that I don't understand well than not report it
due to lack of knowledge. Again, sorry.

What I do know is that it happened while downloading the most recent
distribution at the time of this writing (Sat Feb 6, 2010). I believe
it's 9.10 Karmic Koala (I had not used Ubuntu in a while, and ended up
downloading KK on Feb. 2010, it seems). In any case, the packages
downloaded and began installing up until it was about to finish and said
it couldn't install msttcorefonts and that the upgrade might have
resulted in an unstable system and would continue to perform a recovery.

After the recovery, the upgrade wizard shut down without restarting the
system, and I had to perform a manual restart. Afterwards, Ubuntu KK
booted successfully, so I'm not sure if my system is unstable or not.
