Clicking on the Anjuta Manual button at startup gives me a help browser
on Anjuta IDE Manual starting with the following error:

This page contains the following errors:
error on line 411 at column 3197: Encoding error
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

It seems to be: ghelp:///usr/share/gnome/help/anjuta-manual/C/anjuta-
manual.xml but that file only has 115 lines.
