This is not a duplicate of 177983. This is a problem with the sourceforge mirroring system which redirects the mirrors hivelocity.dl.sourceforge.net and superb-dca3.dl.sourceforge.net to each other. Hence we reach the retry limit and the update script fails.
I can't reproduce it from my location, it would be very nice if you could notify sourceforge of this issue. 
I'm closing this report because it is not a bug in Ubuntu. Thanks.
