Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kino

I have kino 1.3.3 running on Ubuntu 9.10.

I can successfully import and edit .mpg, .avi and .wmv files. When I
export, the process completes with no errors, in about the amount of
time that I would expect based on file size. But the exported MPEG file
is often truncated, particularly when the video is longer than about 10
minutes. For example, if the video is 20 minutes in length, the
exported MPEG may only be the first 6 or 8 minutes of the video. The
output MPEG plays okay, sound and video.

kino:
  Installed: 1.3.3-1ubuntu2
  Candidate: 1.3.3-1ubuntu2
  Version table:
 *** 1.3.3-1ubuntu2 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com karmic/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Any ideas for troubleshooting would be appreciated. Thanks.

** Affects: kino (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
