[Bug 517745] [NEW] arduino IDEs serial monitor crashes with ubuntu's librxtx

Public bug reported:
to reproduce, simply use arduino's Hello World example, write it to a
arduino board and open the serial monitor then.
the complete java runtime will crash as already described in:
http://feelslikeburning.com/2009/08/21/how-to-get-arduino-0017-working-
on-64-bit-linux-including-ubuntu-9-04/
the workaround provided at the link above (use rxtx 2.2pre2) works here.
