[Bug 517385] [NEW] Gwibber Compact Mode

Binary package hint: gwibber

Gwibber should provide a 'compact mode'. Users can switch between
compact mode or the full app with toolbar, statusbar and account tree.
Right now you can do this by manually resizing the window and disabling
the views.


See attached screenshot of how gwibber should look while in compact mode.
