Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: atomicparsley
If you do "AtomicParsley --uuid-help", there's a strange character on
line 12, that appears as a question mark for me
--information , -i (str) Set an information tag on uuid
atom name"inf"
Between the name" and inf". A hex dump shows me that the character is
0xa9, which on it's own is not valid UTF-8
