Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: pommed
I'm running Ubuntu 9.10 on a MacBook Pro 5,3. The keyboard backlight is
on and the keyboard brightness keys work properly, but after 1 minute it
turns off.
If I modify /etc/pommed.conf to disable the "idle timer" (under kbd
section), changing the value from 60 to -1, the light keeps on and the
keys keep working: It seems that pommed doesn't turn on the backlight
again after an idle time.
