[Bug 439355] [NEW] yakuake needs 5 seconds to open

Binary package hint: yakuake

Hallo,

when I press F12 X (or KDE) hangs for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, yakuake scrolls smoothly down. 
After again pressing F12 yakuake scrolles immediatly up. 

The workstation only hangs between F12 and down scrolling
