[Bug 439249] [NEW] Site does not display correctly

Both sites have similar design. As page loads for a matter of seconds it
is possible to see screen selection options but they disappear behind a
white screen as though a 'sent to back' option was selected. This has
only happened since lottery site was modified some months ago. Not
reported then, treated as an anomaly.  Still possible to navigate page
if View/Page Style/No Style selected. Information again disappears when
reverting to View/Page Style/Basic Page Style. Same problem now apparent
on http://www.southern-electric.co.uk/. However problem NOT experienced
when running firefox on Limpus Lite (Fedora). No problems experienced
using Microsoft products.
