[Bug 439073] [NEW] add dmo loader in i386 package for karmic

Binary package hint: vlc

If you are splitting vlc into  i386  and amd_64 packages  then there is
no reason not to enable the dmo loader in i386

--enable-loader

And add  appropriate define to vlc-nox.install 
usr/lib/vlc/codec/libdmo_plugin.so
