[Bug 438991] [NEW] xfce4-keyboard-settings hangs X when selecting layout

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xfce4-settings

xfce4-keyboard-settings freezes X session for a few seconds when
selecting 'Use standard system parameters'. Keyboard layout widget does
it, too when applying new configuration. Not a dramatic bug, but not a
normal behaviour either.
