Thank you for the update.  There's no reason to downgrade to Ubuntu 8.10.  Also, we do not support the 64 bit flash plugin at present..  My guess would be your video drivers.  Could you please post the output of:
lshw -C video

That will allow us to see what video card you have so that we can
further diagnose the problem.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When i wanna watch a video on youtube (In full screen mode) i can but
its really choppy and throughout the video it pauses for like one or 2
seconds and it keeps doing that. Its very annoying, please help me solve
this problem. I'm using ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope and i currently
have no package selected. Im an ubuntu noob so plz help. Thanks in
advance!
