[Bug 436479] [NEW] Couldn't save test plan to file: /home/user/test.jmx

Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 9.10a6 fresh installation, and the new jakarta-jmeter package, when I try to save a test plan, this error appearer (in dialog error box):
org.apache.jmeter.exceptions.IllegalUserActionException: Couldn't save test plan to file: /home/user/test.jmx

The test.jmx are create on disk but size is 0
-rw-r--r-- 1 user user     0 2009-09-25 08:59 test.jmx
