[Bug 436006] [NEW] pull-lp-source broken with new LP API

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

The launchpad API has changed causing pull-lp-source to file to parse
the dsc file from the url contents. It's a one-liner, I've pushed a
branch here:

  lp:~jbernard/+junk/ubuntu-dev-tools
