[Bug 435949] [NEW] should Conflicts and Provides metacity

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mutter

Since mutter is a metacity fork, it really should Conflicts against and
Provides metacity. This would save someone from having both metacity and
mutter installed, without breaking dependencies that other packages
might have on metacity.
