[Bug 435660] [NEW] .png of histogram does not complete until pspp shut down

Binary package hint: pspp

anytime I run:

frequencies var
     /histogram.

a png is put in my home file, but it is incomplete (a black bar runs
along the bottom of the preview icon in the home directory) and I am
unable to open it.  When I shut down pspp completely it redraws the icon
and I can open the ping successfully.
