[Bug 435630] [NEW] xargs /dev/null no such file or directory at boot time

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apparmor

During boot up, I receive a message about

xargs /dev/null no such file or directory

I believe that this is happening during apparmor initialization, and
there is an apparmor message about skipping firefox-3.5 in the middle of
the messages.

Once the system is available, I can see that /dev/null exists, but
perhaps it came into existence after it was expected.
