    - Added mozilla-devscripts version 0.15 to depends
    - Removed all browser depends
    - Added ${xpi:Depends} to recommends
    - Bumped Standards-Version to 3.8.3

  * debian/rules:
    - include xpi.mk
    - set MOZ_XPI_BUILD_COMMAND to $(null)
    - remove makebuilddir/firebug and clean target, mozilla-devscripts will
      do the job automatically
    - set MOZ_XPI_DOCUMENTED_LICENSE_FILES
    - remove execution bits from files
  * remove *docs, *install, *links; they are not required for mozilla-devscripts
  * debian/control:
    - remove Debian's VCS-Git and VCS-Browser
    - drop XS- from Vcs-Bzr
    - remove unzip from Build-Depends-Indep
