[Bug 434233] [NEW] Maximizing "Authorizations" Window does nothing

Public bug reported:

When I try to maximize the Authorizations window found in the system
tools of Karmic UNR Alpha 6, the window just flashes, and stays the same
size. Minimizing works fine.

If I click on the title menu, the maximize box or the drop down menu and
select maximize, the same thing happens, the window just flashes, and
remains the same size.

I am running an Asus 1000HE, no display setting have been changed. It is
pretty much out of the box.

I have included a screenshot to try and explain what I am experiencing.
