  I'm using alpha 6 of Ubuntu 9.10  when configuring the audio at step 3
  with amsn ie. setting up the microphone the program just freezes and I
  have to do a force quit. This occurs every time I configure amsn. My cam
  is a logitech quickcam pro 9000.
