[Bug 433743] [NEW] signal imput freezes, or simply video freezes

Binary package hint: tvtime

As the title says, but note also, the audio continues to play even
though the video freezes at a random spot.  It is very random, I do
nothing on this machine but have tvtime auto start.  Sometimes this will
not happen for a few days, weeks even, sometimes it will happen 30mins
after the machine is turned on.
