[Bug 433564] [NEW] Please update to 1.3.9 before Karmic

Binary package hint: audacity

Please update audacity to the latest Debian version (1.3.9) before
Karmic: it fixes a large number of bugs, including crashes in fairly
simple situations (start up, apply normalize effect to selection) that
were making it impossible to do certain things. Given that Debian and
Ubuntu are shipping the current audacity beta (rather than the 1.2.x
stable series), it makes sense to update to the latest beta, even at
this short notice.

On my Jaunty system I have built the current Debian 1.3.9 package and
it's working beautifully.
