[Bug 433510] [NEW] Accentuated letters are not handled correctly

Description:    Ubuntu karmic (development branch)

dvdrip : 1:0.98.10-0.2ubuntu1

In "Basic Setting", if you enter directories with accents, dvdrip
doesn't recognize them. Pressing the + button creates a new directory
with bad characters. The system is in UTF8.
