[Bug 433493] [NEW] csquotes outdated and therefore unusable

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: texlive-latex-extra

As in previous distributions, the csquotes latex package is outdated.
When I try to use it in a latex document, latex gives me this error:

! Package biblatex Error: Outdated 'csquotes' package.

This happens in an Ubuntu Jaunty desktop install, which is updated
daily.

"apt-cache policy texlive-latex-extra" says:

texlive-latex-extra:
  Installed: 2007.dfsg.8-1ubuntu1
  Candidate: 2007.dfsg.8-1ubuntu1
  Version table:
