[Bug 433485] [NEW] Bruowser up to date. Please restart

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

It always appears a popup on the top of the page :"Il Browser è stato aggiornato ed è necessario riavviarlo" (Italian) that means something like "Browser up to date, reboot necessary". I've tried to reboot browser, pc but the pop-up is always here!
